These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AMS Transfers and the booking of private transportation services through our website and related interfaces. By creating an account or placing a booking, you agree to these terms.
These terms are provided for general guidance and do not replace local consumer law. If any part is unenforceable, the remaining sections remain valid.
2. Definitions
- Company means AMS Transfers and its affiliates.
- Customer means any person who books or uses a service.
- Driver means the licensed transport partner providing the ride.
- Booking means a confirmed service request.
- Service means the transportation arranged through our platform.
3. Services
We connect customers with professional drivers for airport transfers, city rides, and by-the-hour services. Service availability varies by location and vehicle class.
Services are provided by independent transportation partners. We may update coverage and vehicle options without notice.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message or receipt. Booking details must be complete and accurate, including pickup time, pickup address, destination, and passenger contact information.
We may refuse or cancel a booking if required details are missing or if the request cannot be fulfilled for operational or safety reasons.
6. Pricing and taxes
Prices shown at booking include base fare and standard fees. Taxes, tolls, and surcharges are included where indicated. Additional charges may apply for special requests or extended waiting time.
Prices are confirmed at booking. If the pickup or destination changes, the final price may change.
7. Payment
We accept major cards and other payment methods shown during checkout. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the full amount for the booking and any approved extras.
8. Changes and cancellations
You may edit or cancel a booking in accordance with the cancellation policy displayed at booking time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
If we must cancel due to operational reasons, we will refund any prepaid amounts for the affected ride.
9. Waiting time
Complimentary waiting time may be included, depending on service type. Additional waiting time is charged at the applicable rate shown in your confirmation. Flight delays may be monitored when a flight number is provided.
10. Luggage and passengers
You are responsible for selecting a vehicle class that fits your passenger count and luggage. Excess luggage or unplanned stops may result in extra charges or service refusal.
11. Passenger conduct
Passengers must comply with all safety instructions. The driver may refuse service for safety, intoxication, harassment, or property damage concerns.
12. Delays and force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, strikes, or events beyond reasonable control. We will communicate changes where possible and work to provide alternatives.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the affected booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
14. Third-party services
Third-party services such as airline updates or mapping may be used to support bookings. We do not guarantee their accuracy or availability.
15. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for booking, service delivery, and support.
16. Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact our support team with your booking reference. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Company and the location where services are delivered. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
